42VIP Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 42VIP website accessible at 42vip.net, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 42VIP Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the 42VIP Platform and is using the services offered therein.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products available on the Platform, including but not limited to live casino, slots, Super Bingo, Megaways, Jurassic Kingdom, Judo, Exclusive games, and the Wheel.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, or other incentive offered by 42VIP to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, distinct from Bonus funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the 42VIP Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated by 42VIP or its affiliates.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 42VIP, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

42VIP reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or Driver's License. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds in the account will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 42VIP Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any information that changes. 42VIP shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 42VIP immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account under any circumstances.

42VIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

42VIP accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, ShopeePay, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 42VIP's discretion without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 42VIP Account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• 42VIP does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 42VIP accepts no responsibility.
• 42VIP reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your 42VIP Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).
• 42VIP reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 42VIP reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

42VIP offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard Wagering Requirement for all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ₱500 bonus requires ₱15,000 in total wagers before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Different game types contribute differently to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Unused or unwagered bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.
• 42VIP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 42VIP Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

• All game outcomes on the 42VIP Platform are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that all outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and available for review. RTPs represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 42VIP will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. If this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance.
• 42VIP reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably determines was affected by a technical error, software bug, or any other malfunction.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. 42VIP is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's end.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 42VIP Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 42VIP staff, other players, or any third party through the Platform's communication channels.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

42VIP is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all Players. We recognize that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications reminding them of the time elapsed and amount wagered during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without committing to a full self-exclusion.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

42VIP collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with KYC, anti-money laundering, and other regulatory obligations.
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries.
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
• Improving the Platform and personalizing your gaming experience.

42VIP will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 42VIP Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 42VIP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 42VIP.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Use the 42VIP name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 42VIP, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 42VIP's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 42VIP makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

13. Account Termination and Suspension

42VIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Platform.
• Attempted to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform's systems.
• Breached any applicable law or regulation.

You may also voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

In cases of Account termination for cause, 42VIP reserves the right to withhold any funds in the Account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact our support team to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. For disputes relating to gaming regulatory matters, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures may also apply.

15. Amendments to These Terms

42VIP reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
